I learned about Zentangle from the Fletcher Farm Art & Craft School (VT of course!)because their catalog includes a one day course in it in July and again in August. Not having heard the term before, I went on the Internet and found you! I have been doing some work that's not totally unlike this before I'd ever heard of Zentangle. I came to it when I found a reproduction of a mixed media piece by a French artist, Genieveve Seille. Using her as an inspiration, I created my own pen, ink, acrylic. Then I went from there and did a few more pieces. I have photos of them in Picasa, which I'll send you. I am sharing your work with a group where I live (a Continuing Care Retirement Community -CCRC - in Haverford, PA) that works together in the Fine Arts Studio here. They are very excited about it. Thanks. Connie Beresin

I am super excited and inspired to give this information to my daughter's music teacher! Years ago when I was in another church we were at a retreat and after our last meal that the staff served us we blessed them with the Hallelujah Chorus. It was thrilling--the church was just as blessed as the staff! Thank You for sharing this video-Bless you, K.

Hi Linda, my butter tart recipe is almost the same, but mine calls for "Rogers Golden Syrup" which I recently found out is not made from corn and according to my globe trotting brother who has made tarts with different syrups all over the world, nothing makes them as good as Rogers.

But, Rogers is only available in Canada. :(

Hello Beamishes! Great to hear from you both too and see where you all are now. Today would have been Dad's 84th Birthday, I'm sure he'd have been pleased to know you remember the great times our families had together!
